From now on, returns will be exchanged for store credit only. We're making this change because credit card company charge us fees not only on purchases but on refunds as well. While companies with larger margins can shoulder this loss, it's harder for us. So from now on if you return something, you can either exchange it on the spot or take a gift card with the balance to use later. |
