Put out a bunch of nice things for girls 12-18 months today. Here are a few examples:

It may take a year but every semi-conscious children's consignment shop owner eventually realizes that there are some apparel items they can never get enough of. Kids tend to wear out their t-shirts, for example, so we see relatively few of them in resaleable condition.
To keep our racks bursting with high-quality stuff, I've started to bring in selected retail items. These new items will cost more than the second-hand but will usually be below retail prices. For example, our Mister Mittens tees from Threadless are $16 - well below the $24 you pay online. Since many of these wholesale items don't come with tags, we're calling them Monk's Trunk Boutique and adding a special "retail" tag to distinguish them.

The photo doesn't do this justice. Super soft lambswool + feathers by Monsoon. Size 4-6.
We've been bringing in more (new) accessories lately, and now we're adding underwear to the mix. We're focusing on premium-brand overstock in order to keep quality high and price low. Right now we've got boys and girls undies for sizes 2 through 4 and we'll be adding more sizes as circumstances warrant. $3.25 pair / retail $6

For you? $13, unless you're superstitious, in which case they are $12.99.
We've started putting out some nice warm-weather things for boys and girls that you will surely want to check out. Here are a few samples from the infant section.

Ralph Lauren dress, new with tags, 6-12 months, $15

Ralph Lauren baby blue boy's sweater and pant set (pant is new with tags), 6 months, $10

Gap floral print dress, new with tags, 6-12 months. These dresses are great because you can use them later as blouses. $12
If you've got spring and summer things to sell, now's the time to start gathering things to bring in. Of course, you can sell your things at any point during the year but the way to make the most money is to consign and get the timing right. Bring things in now through mid-March and you'll hit the peak spring shopping period.
Selling your stuff is easy. Just bring them in any time during store hours, we'll go through them and let you know what we can use. Lots more info here.
We've gotta make room for some new spring arrivals, so I've been pulling tons of the fall/winter stuff. There will be large bins for uber-cheap girls' and boys' basics, most $2-3! Gymboree and Guess hoodies, Gap blouses and skirts, long-sleeve shirts, misc. dress and track suits, and.... you get the idea.
We've just received a ton of baby girls' clothing, all new with tags, so they've got their own special bin here in the store. The vast majority is Carter's, and there are few things from the Gap, Gymboree, and Old Navy as well. Dresses, rompers, onesie gift packs, you name it. Most things are priced at $4-6. Come on down!

We've been marking down winter things 25%. Come and get 'em while they last.

Any Forbrydelsen fans out there? As a devotee myself, I feel obligated to call your attention to this Sarah Lund lookalike "jumper," size 5-6 (Gap), now a ridiculous $6. When she puts this on she'll turn into an obsessive, crime-fighting genius!
